Turning Healthy Habits into Real Environmental Impact

At Palintest, we’re turning healthy habits into real impact. Through team step challenges and wellbeing activities, our colleagues take part in initiatives that encourage movement, mindfulness and positive daily habits. By tracking these activities through YuLife, individual efforts come together to create meaningful collective outcomes.

Earlier this year, these shared actions helped build a fund to support an environmental cause chosen by our team. The selected charity, Big Blue Ocean Cleanup, is one of the world’s leading ocean-cleanup organisations, working globally to remove plastic from the oceans, support community clean-ups, fund research and education, and raise awareness of ocean pollution.

Thanks to this collective commitment, we were able to donate over £30,000, equivalent to 3,023kg of plastic removed from the oceans. It’s a fantastic achievement and a great example of how small, everyday actions can support Halma’s purpose of growing a safer, cleaner, healthier future for everyone, every day.
