Lumiso Pooltest 4 Notice of Discontinuation

Dear Valued Customer,

Following a comprehensive review of our Pooltest photometer offering, we are repositioning the range to better meet
the evolving needs of our customers. As part of this strategic update, we will be discontinuing the Lumiso Pooltest 4
(LMP004) and all associated kits effective from 30th September 2025.

Although the Lumiso Pooltest 4 will no longer be available for purchase, we will continue to offer full technical support
and servicing in line with the rest of the Lumiso handheld range.

This change reflects our continued commitment to delivering innovative, user-focused solutions. The Pooltest
photometer range will be relaunched later this year, and as part of this relaunch we will also be introducing a new
handheld photometer: the Lumiso Pooltest 9. Scheduled for release later this year, this new addition will offer broader
testing capabilities and ensure the Pooltest range caters to a wider spectrum of customer needs and budgets. Further
